Claudia is co-founder of the firm. She is an Italian IP attorney admitted before the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office).

Claudia holds a degree in Condensed Matter Physics from the University of Rome “La Sapienza” and holds a PhD in Physics from the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”. 
She first worked as a research fellow at the Italian National Research Council (CNR) and at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, with a particular interest in carbon-based materials for opto-electronic devices. She then worked in SMEs in the environmental and energy technology sectors as a project manager for several Italian and EU cooperation projects, before entering the IP field.

Her practice includes drafting and prosecuting Italian patent applications in a wide range of subject-matters, from mechanics to computer implemented methods. In particular, she carries out prior art searches, drafts and files national and international patent applications and prosecutes foreign applications up to grant.
She also has a particular expertise in the strategic management of trademark and design portfolios. She assists companies and professionals in the management and protection of their brands. In particular, she deals with the registration of trademarks and designs in Italy and abroad, prior art searches, monitoring, enforcement, including out-of-court enforcement actions.
Claudia’s mother tongue is Italian, and her language skills include English.

In her spare time, when she is not busy in bringing up her children, Claudia enjoys listening to music, going to the theater and spending time with her friends.
