Claudia is co-founder of the firm and deals with patents, trademarks, and designs. 
She is an Italian IP Attorney admitted before the EUIPO (European Union Intellectual Property Office). 
She is a member of the Italian Industrial Property Consultants Institute.

Claudia graduated in Condensed Matter Physics and holds a PhD in Physics at University of Rome “Tor Vergata”.
She firstly worked as research fellow at the Italian National Research Council (CNR) and at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata” with a special interest in carbon based materials for opto-electronical devices.
Then, she worked at SMEs involved in environmental and energy technologies as project manager of several Italian and EU cooperative projects. 
Claudia joined to IP Sextant since its beginning in 2012.

Her practice includes drafting and prosecuting Italian patent applications in a broad range of subject-matters.
In particular, she conducts prior art search analysis, draft and file national and international patent applications and she also carries out patenting prosecution for applications in foreign countries right up to the grant of the patent.

She also has a particular expertise in the strategic management of trademark and design portfolios.
Claudia is Italian mother tongue and her language skills include English.
