Serena joined the firm in 2021, she deals with trademarks and designs.

She holds a five-year degree in Law from the University of Siena.
After graduating, following a brief work experience in London, she moved to Milan and attended the master “Intellectual Property Right” at the Just Legal Services school.
Later, she worked in the Intellectual Property Office of the Chamber of Commerce of Milan and  in the IP department of one of the largest Italian fashion companies.

Serena's experience covers all pre-and post-filing phases of trademarks and designs.
She deals with drafting reports based on prior art searches, activation of trademark surveillance services, filing and prosecution of trademark and design applications in front of UIBM, EUIPO, WIPO and foreign IP offices through local agents.

Serena collaborates in assisting clients in opposition and cancellation procedures in front of UIBM and EUIPO and negotiating out-of-court settlements in relation to trademarks.
She also assists clients in transcription procedures for amendments, transfers of ownership or licenses in relation to trademarks and designs.

She assists domestic and foreign clients, the latter thanks to the support of foreign agents with which she interfaces.

Serena is fluent in English.
